Engineering Designs, Drawings and Metrology

Cost Reduction
Provides cost optimization services by examining the many intricate details of a mechanical design which includes, but is not limited to, materials, tolerances, part & assembly geometry and interactions, DFM's, static & dynamic forces, fatigue, and environmental factors. Will utilize tools such as CAD, FEA, statistical tolerance analysis, and extensive knowledge in metrology, manufacturing, materials, and product design to provide an optimized solution for cost and functionality.

Develop concept designs (sketches and CAD) to meet the customer requirements
Assist in getting new or existing products to a volume-manufacturing level of maturity
Assist with getting parts that are currently not meeting the specifications and are hung up in MRBs and ECOs, to meet specifications efficiently
Provide deep analysis on the designs, drawings, manufacturing processes, and metrology to help with root-cause of issues and cost reductions
